Montserrat joined MyCFO in 2020 and currently leads the Payroll & Individuals area.

Since 2016, she has built a solid professional track record in payroll management, social security, and individual tax compliance. In addition to her technical focus, she also drives internal initiatives aimed at professional development, employee well-being, and the strengthening of a strong organizational culture.

She has participated in projects such as:

→ VAT and income tax (ISR) refund processes
